Samantha's mother is a painter, so ever since she could open her eyes she's been educated on composition, line, light and shadow. She began doing costume and make-up design in college, and her work on the show Murder in the Cathedral was nominated for a KCACTF design award in 2005. She did costume design for productions at the 13th Street Repertory and Impact Theaters in New York City before switching to make-up in 2012. She's worked extensively since then doing everything from Netflix stand-up specials to commercials, from horror and prosthetics to beauty. Her work has been featured on such websites as Above Average, MikMak, Upworthy, College Humor, UCBComedy and IFC.com. She loves getting to create art that lives and breathes, and can't wait to work on her next project with you.
